Currently on holiday and dreaming of what watch will make your return to reality a little less painful? We thought so. In case you don’t find your horological fix come October, the inaugural Dubai Watch Week (DWW 2015), set to take place October 18th-22nd at DIFC, will cover all the bases and more. Organized by the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority in partnership with Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons and the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève (GPGH), and under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice Chairman of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority, the five-day event will feature exhibitions, workshops, and forums, along with private and public events, including a watchmaking masterclass. Notably, the GPHG “Aiguille d’Or” exhibition, featuring watches pre-selected by a jury, will make a stop at the Dubai Watch Week and will feature 72 reasons to be on time for your next meeting.
