Peter Stas, the CEO of Swiss watchmaker Frédérique Constant, was in Dubai this month to mark the manufacturer’s first book release in the Emirate, entitled Live your Passion—Building a Watch Manufacture. The new work documents the origins of the manufacturer since its inception in 1988, as well as its principles of business and success. The book also showcases some of the brand’s more well-known timepieces, such as the Heartbeat and the Tourbillon.
Frédérique Constant views its approach to its watches—and the basis of its creation—as “accessible luxury,” which translates into products ranging anywhere from US $400 to $8,000 (AED/SAR 1,500—29,000).
You can find a copy of the book at Ahmed Seddiqi & Sons, where you can also try on and purchase some of the luxury pieces.
