Handmade in the Netherlands, the ES3 strives to make the perfect espresso by first electrically heating the water to the preferred temperature by an adjustable thermostat, after which the machine uses the old Italian method of pressing hot water through a coffee grain by way of a piston. The espresso machine is uniquely mounted to the wall, and has an open boiler design, anti-dust lid, three filter baskets, custom tamper, double spouts for two cups of espresso, as well as a removable piston that takes little effort to maintain.
