Antonio Marras is on a roll. After inking a deal with manufacturer Loma for his I’M Isola Marras womenswear line earlier this Fall, the Sardinian designer announced the re-launch of a his menswear line, after it was discontinued in Fall 2011, with Italian production company Emmegierre Fashion.

I had long had a special wish to start over again with menswear. It was my duty. I owed it to my father and to him I dedicate my collection,” explained Marras in an official statement.

The collection will have a particular focus on knitwear—Emmegierre’s specialty—while further classic menswear apparel, such as jackets, will be priced between US $530 and US $750 (AED/SAR 1,950 and 2,750, respectively), trousers between US $258 and US $408 (AED/SAR 950 and 1,500), and shirts and tops from US $310 to US $475 (AED/SAR 1,150 to 1,750).

The first collection will debut in January during the Fall 2014 menswear shows in Milan. Emmegierre Fashion is currently focusing on developing Italian, Russian, and Chinese distribution networks, and announced that the new line will head to more markets soon.
