Street culture is thriving in Dubai these days, so a 70-minute show featuring breakdance, hip-hop, and urban art is bound to fare well.
The French street dance act, The Hey Crew, will perform at the Madinat Theatre in Dubai from March 18th to 21st. Created and directed by Madinat Theatre manager Joseph Fowler and choreographed by Guillaume Lorentz, the show Street Life will blend street art, nightclub vibes, video art, graffiti, and the music of Macklemore, Lil Wayne, Avicii, and Clean Bandit.
Featuring installation art by Spanish artist Ruben Sanchez alongside various other graffiti artists, the troupe will create live works on white walls while pumping up the adrenaline in the theatre with their latest street dance moves.
