Like a Boss

A few months ago, Hugo Boss tapped Scottish actor (and trained lawyer) Gerard Butler as its new Boss Bottled ambassador. Following in Ryan Reynolds’ footsteps, Butler stars in the fragrance’s commercial launched earlier this month where he describes how one can achieve being a “boss” with just a hint of, well, Boss.

In line with being the “man’s man” that he is, in the above video interview, which we can reveal to you today, Butler explains that in his line of work, pushing limits is something of a “manifesto” for him; and that while he may pick up a lot of injuries while on set, he also “picks up a lot of incredible experiences.”

Boss Bottled is the essence of the Hugo Boss brand, originally launched in 1998 by perfumer Annick Menardo, and includes ingredients such as cedarwood, sandalwood, vetiver, olivewood, (base notes); tagete, geranium, clove (middle notes); and apple, bermaot and cinnamon (top notes).
