When it comes to marketing luxury products, everyone wants a piece of the fashion industry. And for good reason. Few humans on Earth can make a collection—or a car—look as good as Dree Hemingway. And with a model of her caliber on your roster, you need an equally eminent photographer to create sufficiently compelling visuals. Collier Schorr should do. Joining them as part of Mercedes-Benz’s Autumn/Winter 2015 fashion campaign are storied Formula 1 drivers Lewis Hamilton—F1’s current world champion—and Nico Rosberg. Captured in the Sindelfingen wind tunnel where Benz designs are tested for aerodynamics, the shoot calls to mind feats of aesthetics and engineering—Hemingway and the drivers are fully decked out in Hugo Boss eveningwear. The photos represent quite a leap from Schorr’s usual art-related work, but that’s another story.
