Hublot has joined forces with Mistal in Oman on a special edition timepiece celebrating the Sultanate’s 50th anniversary (November 18, 2020). The Swiss luxury watchmaker’s collaboration with the watch and jewelry boutique sees the creation of the Classic Fusion Special Edition Oman Golden Jubilee.
Featuring black rubber and green vintage alligator with green stitching, the Classic Fusion is housed in a 42mm micro-blasted Titanium case with a brushed bronze bezel. As bronze is covered with a natural patina that protects it and lends it an unparalleled finish, it gives this special edition a unique color that contrasts with the smoked green dial which positions its 3N gold-plated appliques in an unusual direction. A must-have for proud Omanis, the country’s colors are reflected in the dial which features a black to green gradient as well as polished gold-plated applique. What’s more, the micro-blasted case back is engraved with the words “Special Edition – Golden Jubilee – 1 of 100” allowing patriots and to mark 50 years of their country with this memorable timepiece, of which there are only 100 pieces.
