Its designs have helped keep the men of the UK looking polished since its launch in 1893 (and pieces have even appeared in James Bond films), but now it’s even easier for the men of the Middle East to keep their workwear wardrobes in tip-top shape. Heritage British brand Dunhill has recently opened the doors to its new flagship boutique in The Dubai Mall, a contemporary space which houses luxury ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories.

“The opening of our new flagship in The Dubai Mall is a strategic milestone as we build and share the new vision for Dunhill and cement our position as the leading luxury British menswear brand,” said CEO Andrew Maag as the store opened. “We can now offer our customers an exceptional brand experience in the biggest shopping destination in the Middle East.

However, this isn’t your typical store where you need to waltz in to peruse the latest collections. For Dunhill’s VIP customers, a car will ferry them from their home to the store where they can enjoy a private consultation with the store’s expert stylists. The private client services also include an in-store barber treatment, as well as bespoke, made-to-measure tailoring.

As well as the latest collections from creative director Mark Weston, the store itself is an art form – particularly this month, with sculptures by world-renowned artists Fredrikson Stallard installed in Fashion Avenue location throughout November. The design duo have crafted a series of unique works using mirrored and polished aluminum. Fluidly structured to resemble wrapping paper, the pieces have been created to mark Dunhill’s 2018 gifting campaign. Better visit before they’re gone…
