His fitness method uses short intense High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts and most recently he has been offering free physical education sessions on his YouTube channel for children in self-isolation all over the world. A likable ‘Joe’, his style is down to earth and relatable (he once wrote a routine on the back of a discarded nappy) but it crucially gets results.
