JOE WICKS aka THE BODY COACH

Words can't express how happy and proud I have felt every day this week as the nations P.E. teacher. I’ve been overwhelmed with the response and the support it's had from everyone. ❤️ As a result of so many people viewing the #PEWithJoe workouts on YouTube the advertising revenue generated has been unlike anything I've seen or experienced on my channel before. So I've decided that as long as I’m the nations P.E. teacher, every single penny of the money generated on these videos is going to the place where we need it the most right now. All of it is going straight to the NHS, to support the real heroes right now. Thank you for watching, joining in and sharing… I’m loving being your P.E. Teacher and now you can watch again, knowing you’re not only staying fit, you’re also helping raise money for the NHS. See you Monday at 9am 😃

Joe Wicks – otherwise known as “The Body Coach”- is a British fitness coach, TV presenter and author that has raced up the ranks in one endless mountain-climber move to become the world’s most trusted fitness and wellness go-to.  His fitness method uses short intense High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts and most recently he has been offering free physical education sessions on his YouTube channel for children in self-isolation all over the world. A likable ‘Joe’, his style is down to earth and relatable (he once wrote a routine on the back of a discarded nappy) but it crucially gets results.

✊ VICTORY ADAPTABILITY ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⚒ Right now training is all about adapting to the circumstances around us. Just about nobody is feeling normal with their lives. Disruptions are happening all over. How are you adapting? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 💣 As I adapt my training to fit my new normal, I love that I have gym tools that can adapt to me. My @victorygrips are not only great for my pull up work and ring work, but they have been protecting my hands with additional KB training at home. I've even figured out how to use them as lifting straps when I'm doing some endless reps while holding onto DB's. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ❤️ I hope you are all adapting well to the circumstances out there right now. Sending you love! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ @VictoryGrips #VictoryGrips #GripStrongerGoLonger #dumbbellworkouts #kettlebellworkouts #thinkingathlete
