Spanish chef Paco Pérez is hosting a pop-up restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton in DIFC, and it’s set to be the must-try restaurant for the rest of this year. The pop-up will be held at the hotel’s Center Cut Steakhouse from October 22 to January 22, 2018, and Pérez will make special appearances along the way.

Pérez is one of a long line of Spanish chefs who have pushed the boundaries of gastronomic invention, and comes to Dubai from the two-Michelin starred Miramar restaurant in LLança. He previously worked at the two-Michelin starred Enoteca restaurant in Hotel Arts Barcelona.

Drawing his inspiration from his homeland’s famed fresh and delicious produce, his kitchen at Enoteca at the Ritz-Carlton, Hotel Arts Barcelona, is famous for creating new textures, flavors, colors, and aromas all while achieving a balanced combination of tradition and modern culinary techniques.

The pop-up event will give guests a glimpse into Perez’s imaginative combination of quality ingredients, served simply and with elegance. As we’re sure you know by now, there’s so much more to Spanish food than patatas bravas and seafood paella. “Chef Paco Pérez’s creative vision and innovative cooking have undoubtedly been a true inspiration for the culinary world,” said Hicham Hankir, F&B director at the Ritz-Carlton DIFC. “He sets a benchmark in Spanish haute cuisine.”
