The Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai recently opened in the city, but if you haven’t had a chance to go and look around, the following images have just been released.
Situated on the manmade Jumeira Bay and adjoined by a 300-meter bridge to central Dubai coastline it’s in a location that is going to be one of the new destinations in the city. The hotel was designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the Italian architectural firm that has created all the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, and the 158,000 square-meter property is a first-of-its-kind development for Bulgari.

The complex features six residential buildings with 173 sea facing apartments, 15 private mansions, and Bulgari’s first-ever Marina and Yacht Club with 50 boat berths. There’s an Italian restaurant, café, spa and pools as you’d pretty much expect.
But what we like is that it doesn’t feel too Dubai and over-the-top. There’s a stylish feel to the design that’s a really good sign that the newer developments in the city are moving in a fresher direction.
Here’s what is has to offer…
